What does a service at SMCC look like?

The service lasts about an hour. It starts with three to four songs of modern worship music for about 15-20 minutes. Then a pastor will deliver a Bible-based message for about 30 minutes. This message is to bring encouragement and hope as well as share practical ways you can immediately apply the content of the message in your life. On the first Sunday of each month, we celebrate communion during all of our Sunday services.You can experience our most recent messages here.

Children’s Ministry (Birth - 5th Grade)You’ll find a fun, safe environment for your children at all campuses. Your child will have a great time with other kids, will experience a fun and engaging time with worship music, and grow in their faith with age appropriate Bible teaching! If it's your first time at one of our campuses, please arrive 15 minutes before service starts to allow time for us to gather your information and properly check in your children. Youth MinistryWe also have MSM (Middle School Ministry) for middle school students and HSM (High School Ministry) for high school students. MSM and HSM programming varies by campus, so be sure to check the location you're interested in for specific service times and details.

What do I wear?

Come as you are! We want you to feel comfortable and focus more on connecting with God and others. You'll find people wearing everything from casual to formal attire, so wear whatever makes you feel most at home.

Will I be asked to give money?

If you are a guest or visitor to our campus, there is no expectation for you to give money. 
Giving is a privilege and delight for those who consider SMCC their home church. Giving is a great next step for those who want to fund the mission of helping as many people as possible become fully devoted and fully delighted followers of Jesus.

At SMCC, we believe the Bible is God's inspired Word and our guide for faith and life. We believe that salvation is found through Jesus Christ alone, who died and rose again so that we can experience forgiveness, new life, and a relationship with God. We teach biblical truth in a way that is helpful and hopeful, helping people take their next step with Jesus. Are sermons preached live or streamed?

Our pastors preach live at each of our campuses, and every location offers multiple Sunday service times. If you're unable to join us in person, you can also worship with us online through our live stream each Sunday at 10:00 AM (MST).
