CAREPORTAL is a connecting platform that brings the needs of hurting children and families in your community to your attention. Caseworkers uncover the needs (usually beds, car seats and household items) then an SMCC point person sends out an email to people who have signed up to help, giving them a real-time opportunity to respond. Contact Suzy Wiebe 801-631-2830.
