Club Created (Special Needs)
Club Created is a ministry for families who have children with special needs. Our goal is to provide support to families in our church community who have children with disabilities, so that they may participate as much as possible, and hear the life changing message of Jesus Christ.
Club Created is for kids with special needs, ages birth through 6th grade, and their families. There is a group for the kids with special needs, a group especially for siblings of kids with special needs, and a support group for parents.
Club Created meets at the Draper Campus on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month.
In order to provide a safe environment and ensure the best experience possible for our kids with special needs, we are unable to accept children on a drop-off basis. All families must first fill out a Participant Information Packet and meet with the Ministry Coordinator before attending Club Created. We can then find the perfect "Buddy" for your child. Packets can be picked up at any of the Children's Check In Booths or the "Next Steps" Booth in the Main Church Lobby. Instructions for submitting will be in the packet provided.
CREATED KIDS GROUP
Created Kids is for kids with special needs ages birth through 6th grade. Kids have the opportunity to sing songs, play crazy games and hear about Christ's amazing love for them. They meet in the Children's Worship Room both Fridays.
SUPER SIBS
Super Sibs is for siblings of kids with special needs. Sibs get to interact with other kids who share their unique situation. They get to play games and have group discussion to help support their own individual needs. They meet in the Children's Worship Room on the 2nd Friday and share activities with their siblings. The 4th Friday they meet separately in the Drive Inn for a fun time of sharing and support.
PARENT SUPPORT GROUP
Parent Support Group is where parents have the opportunity to meet with other parents of kids with special needs. It is a time for support, fellowship and fun. Parents meet at the same time the kids groups meet.
